Patrick Hartsfield
COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR
I have called the Pensacola area home for most of my life and have spent much of my career working with families throughout our community. Before joining Gulf Coast Adoptions, I spent a decade with Dignity Memorial, where I worked in both marketing and operations. That experience taught me a great deal about listening to people, earning their trust, and helping families navigate important and often emotional moments in their lives.
I have always enjoyed work that allows me to connect with people. Whether through community outreach, marketing and communications, or simply sitting down with someone and listening to what they need, I believe the best relationships begin with treating people with kindness, honesty, and respect. That is one of the things that drew me to Gulf Coast Adoptions and the work being done here.
As a father of four, family is at the center of my life. I have tremendous respect for the different paths that create families and for the people who make extraordinarily personal decisions along the way. I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of an organization that approaches those decisions with compassion and respect.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and children, working in the yard, and following Alabama football. Pensacola has been home to my family for many years, and I am proud to have the opportunity to continue serving people in a community that means so much to me.
